Based around Ahmedabad, Gujarat, our first priority is the founder programme: finding promising people, understanding their ideas, and building relationships with aligned backers. Alongside it, we’re gathering a talent network and client project briefs. Company formation and operating arrangements are still in progress.

Is there a fee for the founder programme?
There is no application fee or cash service fee for founders or backers in the founder programme. Our intended model includes a small equity stake in supported ventures. Any equity terms would be discussed and agreed separately before proceeding. Submitting this form gives us no equity or ownership.
Can I apply with just an idea?
Yes, if you have a developed idea: a clear problem, a specific customer, a proposed solution, and a practical starting plan. Share any research or progress you already have.
How are contract projects different?
Clients bring work to Talent Seed. We assess the brief, select suitable individuals or a team, coordinate the work, and check delivery against the agreed scope. Contract projects are paid work, with pricing and responsibilities agreed separately in writing. Joining the talent network or submitting a brief is free. Founder equity terms do not automatically apply to contract work.
Do you only support technology?
Technology is our main focus, but we welcome thoughtful ideas from other industries.
What should I share?
A non-confidential summary is enough. A demo, website, pitch deck link, or portfolio is optional. Do not send passwords, financial account details, or trade secrets.
What happens after I submit?
Your details are saved for the Talent Seed team to review. If there is a relevant next step, we will contact you using the email you provide. Funding and introductions are not guaranteed.
